What if my order arrived broken?
-email us within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to fix the problem!
What if I don't like the size?
-We ensure that measurements are on each product details, so be sure to read though the little descriptions
What if I don't like the color?
-All photos are done without filters or effects, and in natural lighting. I do my best to take up close shots, so you can see the product clearly. If you have any questions about color or want a different angle, just email me and I can send you another picture of the product.
Do you take custom orders?
-Yes we can, however sometimes colors are difficult to replicate exactly as the clay is blended with various colors. We ask for payment in advance for custom orders.
What if the item I want is sold out?
-We make and bake in small batches, trying out new designs and color to keep things fresh and new. However if you see something that you love...contact me!! I love to know what our customers love, and what I should be making more of!
